This project involved a complete renovation of the kitchen as well as functional upgrades to the space above it. While opening the kitchen ceiling to install new recessed lighting, we seized the opportunity to add full washer and dryer hookups in an upstairs closet directly above. This included new plumbing, venting, and electrical work to accommodate the laundry setup.

Downstairs, the kitchen was fully transformed with all-new cabinetry, quartz countertops, an apron-front sink, and a modern dishwasher. We also added new electrical outlets to improve utility and meet current standards. The result is a brighter, more functional kitchen paired with the added convenience of an upstairs laundry solution, all tied together with clean craftsmanship and updated finishes.
