This major renovation included a substantial three-story addition extending eighteen feet into the backyard, dramatically increasing the home’s living space. The interior was completely gutted and insulated, while the exterior received all-new siding, trim, and roofing for a refreshed and cohesive look.

The kitchen was relocated into the new addition, creating space for a brand-new bathroom on the main floor. A spacious primary suite was added upstairs, featuring a full bathroom and walk-in closet. In the basement, an in-law suite was built with its own private entrance that opens to the backyard, offering both comfort and privacy.

Throughout the home, new windows, doors, flooring, lighting, and trim were installed. A custom-built ipe front porch and handcrafted wood accents added warmth and personality to several rooms.

The project was completed with fresh landscaping and an expanded paver driveway, making the transformation a total overhaul.
